Wine Trays
We have earned our esteemed recognition in the Wine Country by preparing our menus
with only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Chef Nicholas Johnson and
his accomplished entourage of chefs have specifically composed the menus to pair
with the wines of Wine Country. There is an additional cost for staff and/or equipment
that you may need for your event.
Our “wine and food pairing trays” are a luscious composition of ambient temperature
foods prepared with an impressive array of meats, salads, fresh seasonal fruits,
cheeses and dessert to complement red and white wines. These trays are prepared
at the chef’s discretion depending on the wine being served. The foods are composed
on attractive disposable platters. The following is a sample of what we can do:

Cranberry Beans with Pancetta, Tomato & Carrot with Tricolor Vegetables with
an Herb Olive Oil

with French Lentil Salad with Sauteed Bell Peppers and Onions, Topped with Feta

The cost per person is $35.00+ for greater than 20 guests;
$40.00+ less than 20 guests;
$45.00+ less than 10 guests;
and $50.00+ for 5 or fewer guests.
In addition, there is an 18% service charge and 7.75% tax on the service charge.
This price does not include any china, flatware or linens.
If you need any additional items, we can provide them at the rental cost.
These is also a small a fee for the delivery/pick-up depending on the location.
